Data Collection
Provider collects (a) data explicitly submitted by User (email, contact forms, preferences); and (b) passive data (IP address, browser version, device type, page interaction, geolocation, and timestamps) through cookies and analytics platforms. Users are responsible for managing cookie usage through their own browser settings, and may opt out by disabling cookies or using incognito/private browsing mode.
Image & Content Handling
Provider does not permanently store uploaded images or edited content unless User initiates a save or share action. Files may be cached temporarily for performance but are purged thereafter.
No Review of User Content
Provider does not moderate, review, filter, or censor UGC. Responsibility for content legality lies solely with User. Provider disclaims all liability arising from offensive, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful materials.
Use of Created Content
Provider reserves the right to archive, reuse, promote, or display UGC in marketing campaigns, user showcases, AI training, analytical review, or for future product development, without User's explicit opt-in. Anonymized or de-identified content, may be used internally to create templates, improve services, or train algorithms without notice or compensation.
Third-Party Services & Liability
Data may be transmitted to or processed by vendors including, but not limited to: Hostinger, Vercel, Stripe, Polar, and analytic tools. User agrees that breaches, outages, or security flaws within these third parties are beyond Provider's control. All liability for such incidents lies with the vendor.
By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User further agrees to be bound by the privacy policies, data usage practices, and terms of service of all third-party platforms that enable functionality for the Service. Complaints, investigations, or damages arising from said services must be resolved directly with those entities.
Data Breach Protocols & Waivers
While reasonable security protocols are followed, no system is immune. User accepts risk inherent to digital services and waives any claims for damages resulting from data theft, breach, or unauthorized access.
User Rights
Upon request, User may seek to access, correct, or delete stored personal data, if saved. Processing time for such requests may vary. Statistical or anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
Modifications to Policy
Provider may revise this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance.
